Today marked a very special moment at Ashley Jade Vocational College as we completed the final VTCT EQA (External Quality Assurance) assessment for our incredible learner, Natasha, who has now successfully completed her Level 2 Hair Professional Apprenticeship.
It has been an absolute pleasure to watch Natasha grow and flourish throughout her apprenticeship journey. From the very beginning, Natasha has shown passion, dedication, and a real natural talent for hairdressing. She has not only developed her technical skills but has also built the confidence and professionalism needed to thrive in the hair and beauty industry.
Why This Milestone Matters
The Level 2 Hair Professional Apprenticeship is a nationally recognised qualification that equips learners with the essential skills and knowledge to work confidently in a salon environment. It covers everything from cutting, colouring, and styling to providing excellent client care.
Natasha has worked tirelessly to perfect her craft, attending training sessions, completing assessments, and gaining valuable real-world salon experience along the way. Her hard work has truly paid off, and it’s clear that the industry will be extremely lucky to welcome her as a fully qualified hairdresser.
“Success is built on passion, dedication, and the courage to grow — Natasha is proof of that.”

It ensures that all learners meet the required professional standards and are fully prepared to deliver high-quality services within the hairdressing sector. Passing this assessment is a significant achievement and a testament to Natasha’s skills and commitment.
Looking Ahead
We are so proud of Natasha’s journey and cannot wait to see what her future holds. Whether she chooses to build her own client base, progress to advanced qualifications, or one day open her own salon, we know she will make a lasting impact wherever she goes.
